Technical Committee


The Technical Committee regulates the activities of the Educational Loan Program and is composed of 7 proprietary members with their respective alternates.

Who makes up the Technical Committee?

  • President: Secretary of Finance of the State of Tamaulipas.
  • Alternate President: The one designated by the owner.
  • Vice President: Secretary of Education.
  • Alternate: The one designated by the owner.
  • Adviser: A representative of the Public Education Secretariat of the Federal Government.
  • Alternate: The one designated by the owner.
  • Adviser: Assistant Secretary of Higher and Higher Education of the Ministry of Education.
  • Alternate: The one designated by the owner.
  • Adviser: Regional Coordinator of the National Association of Universities and Institutions of Higher Education in the State (ANUIES).
  • Alternate: The one designated by the owner.
  • Adviser: A representative of the Public Institutions of Higher Secondary Education in the State.
  • Alternate: The one designated by the owner.
  • Adviser: A representative of the Institutions of Higher Education in the State.
  • Alternate: The one designated by the owner.

The Technical Committee will have an Executive Secretary who will be the person who covers the position of Director General of the Tamaulipeco Institute of Scholarships, Encouragement and Educational Credits, who will appear at the sessions of the TECHNICAL COMMITTEE having voice but without vote within the Technical Committee.
The Trustee may participate with voice but without vote.

How does the Technical Committee work?

  1. The Technical Committee meets every four months.
  2. The sessions can be Ordinary and Extraordinary.
  3. The granting of Educational Credits is established according to the Trust Agreement and the "Operating Rules of the Trust Fund of the Scholarship, Stimulus and Educational Credits Institute of the State of Tamaulipas for the Granting of Educational Credits and Recovery of These, to Level Students Superior and Superior Medium ".
  4. The agreements that are obtained are the result of the vote of the majority of the members.
