In the first working session, Fernando Olivera Rocha, Secretary of Tourism of Tamaulipas, accompanied by undersecretaries Edgar E. Solís Díaz and José Luis Martínez Portilla, welcomed the attendees, wishing that the topics discussed were of benefit and usefulness, inviting them to continue working with the clear objective of promoting all the benefits that the state offers visitors.
Addressing the positive results obtained in recent vacation seasons, Olivera Rocha endorsed the commitment of Governor Francisco García Cabeza de Vaca, in consolidating the tourist vocation that the state has in its different segments and destinations.
"Let's learn together different ways of sightseeing. Think of a project, opportunities or actions that you can implement in your municipalities, and that you can develop. Let's make Tamaulipas surprise Mexico with its cultural and natural wealth and with its people who know how to do tourism ", said Olivera Rocha.
