The Comptroller's Office of Tamaulipas trains SEED links

The Government Comptroller of Tamaulipas held the first work and training meeting of the State Performance Evaluation System (SEED) 2019, in which exhibitors from the Ministry of Finance and the Performance Evaluation Office of the Subcontraloría de Evaluación y Mejora participated. of Management.

During the meeting, the links of the SEED of the Dependencies and entities of the Government of Tamaulipas, knew the actions of implementation, coordination, operation and follow-up of the SEED, programmed for the present exercise; and they were trained to generate the agreements to be implemented by each agency and entity.

At the meeting, all the links of the Performance Evaluation System of the Dependencies and entities of the Government of Tamaulipas were invited, in which the bases were established for the coordination and follow-up of the policies and actions related to the SEED, in its aspect of federalized and state spending and, in addition, they were trained for that purpose.

Participated as speakers by the Government Comptroller, Eduardo López Castañón, Director of Performance Evaluation; Gladys Teresa Torres Castillo, head of the internal control monitoring department.

On the part of the finance secretary, Juan Antonio Ramírez Torres, director of strategic planning; Elvia Guadalupe Tovar Pineda, head of the fund control department.

During the presentations the relation in the implementation of the budget based on results with the SEED was shown, and the importance of capturing the required information, in time and form, in the federal resources system transferred from the SHCP was highlighted. Teamwork and coordination between the Ministry of Finance, the Government Comptroller and each of the agencies and entities of the Government of the State of Tamaulipas were also discussed.

The meeting was held in the Auditorium of the Registry and Cadastral Institute of Tamaulipas, cited Parque Bicentenario of Ciudad Victoria, Tamaulipas.
