Electronic Public Works Logbook for the Federal Public Administration (BEOP)


The Electronic Public Works Logbook System for the Federal Public Administration (BEOP) is a mandatory tool, in contracts signed in compliance with the Law of Public Works and Related Services, it is a computer tool that replaces the logbook traditional. It facilitates access to information, supports transparency, control and monitoring in the execution of public works.

This system will allow the end user to add, share and obtain timely, reliable and truthful information; It optimizes the use of technology, computer systems and remote access, as well as facilitating the control and use of information.

It is created by modules according to the information process, such as: logs, notes, help and catalogs.

Registration and Certification in BEOP

Process:

Step 1: Registry request application in the System y discharge of the Executing Unit

Step 2: Designation or change of the Local Administrator and request of the User Code and Password

Step 3: Application form y Consultant registration form

The Consultant is the public servant designated by the Dependency, Entity and / or Municipality, which is enabled by the Public Works Control and Audit Unit of the Public Function Secretariat, to consult the information contained in the computer program.
