Este apartado tiene como prop\u00f3sito apoyar financiera y t\u00e9cnicamente a los organismos operadores, para el incremento y mejoramiento de su capacidad instalada<\/strong>, a fin de que trate sus aguas residuales cumpliendo con los par\u00e1metros establecidos en sus permisos de descarga.<\/p>\n
