Mexico City.- Secretaries of Labor of the federal entities, participated in the Second Meeting of Secretaries of Labor and Homologous of the 2019 State Governments, to follow up the plans and programs for the labor sphere.

The implementation of the Labor Reform, as well as the General Coordination of the National Employment Service among other issues, were part of the agenda, and in which work, challenges and strategies were glimpsed.

The event was attended by federal and state authorities, and officials were urged to expedite the work to implement the new Labor Justice System, before this María Estela Chavira Martínez, secretary of labor for Tamaulipas, said that the governor Francisco García Cabeza de Vaca, has been busy in shaping the plans and projects as well as the mechanisms to comply with the established deadlines.

He argued that in Tamaulipas, the backlog of files is combated and work is done on the issue of the effective execution of the issues with an award, in order to respond to the Labor Justice commitments, aimed at the completion of the function of the Conciliation and Arbitration Boards. , and give rise to Labor Courts and their activities in the State Judicial Branch.

Regarding the General Coordination of the National Employment Service, where the issue of the implementation of resources and programs was discussed, the official stated that prior to the end of the first semester of the year, the entity has committed the 90% of the federal amounts, and The strategy to be followed is aimed at complementing the services offered by SNE Tamaulipas with state resources during the second part of the fiscal year.
