By Registration or change of the Environmental State Registry:

  1. For Microenterprise 11 times the daily value of the Measurement and Update Unit. Equivalent to: $ 887.00
  2. For Small Business.5 times the daily value of the Measurement and Update Unit. Equivalent to Small: $ 3,909.00
  3. For Medium Business. 77.5 times the daily value of the Measurement and Update Unit. Equivalent to: $ 6,247.00
  4. For Big Company. 90 times the daily value of the Measurement and Update Unit. Equivalent to: $ 7,254.00

 

For the evaluation of Annual Operation Certificates presented extemporaneously, 40 times the daily value of the Measurement and Update Unit. Equivalent to: $ 3,224.00

 

Evaluation of Annual Operation Certificates for which no previous reports have been submitted, for an annual period not reported, 60 times the daily value of the unit of measure and update. Equivalent to $ 4,836.00 for each annual period not reported.

Requirements for the application for registration to the REA.

 

Original document of:

  • Free document of the request for the process that you wish to make (registration, revalidation, change, or withdrawal) addressed to the Secretary of Urban Development and Environment (with signature of the Legal Representative) in which you must expressly indicate an email for notifications. Include an additional copy for acknowledgment of receipt.
  • The 3 "COA CODE" page of the .doc file, which must have the autograph signatures.
  • Electronic invoice or proof of payment of prevention services and control of environmental pollution in original for year not reported, when applicable.
  • In case it applies, it can prove to the service provider, signed by the grantor and the one receiving the power, accompanied by two witnesses, with autograph signatures.

 

Copy and show original for comparison of:

  • Identification of the person who performs the procedure.

Note: Both files of the Annual Operation Certificate (.coa and .doc), must have the fields number 1, 5 and / or 10 of the registration data updated with the new company name, the new activity of the establishment, or the address change

 

To cancel an OER:

In addition to the registration requirements, it should also include:

 

  • Copy and original display for collation of circumstantial record due to closure of the establishment's activities.

Legal Basis:
Organic Law of the Public Administration of the State of Tamaulipas, in its articles 23 fraction XIII and 36 fractions II, XIV and XXIX;

 

Article 12 of the Internal Regulation of the Secretariat of Urban Development and Environment;

 

Articles 27 paragraph 1, 29, 30, 31, 32, 33 paragraph, 44 paragraph XI, 82 fraction I, 96 paragraph 2, 109 paragraph 1, 140, 243, 244 paragraph 1 and 247 of the Code for the Sustainable Development of the State of Tamaulipas;

 

Article 75 fraction X and XI of the Finance Law for the State of Tamaulipas, and;

 

Article 49 fraction II of the Law of Administrative Procedure of the State of Tamaulipas;

Resolution Criteria:
1.- All legal documentation must be presented as indicated in the requirements (original and copy for comparison) in the single window, and the documents issued by the petitioner must contain a handwritten signature of whoever intends to present them as their own. , for the respective procedure.

 

2.- Present the information in folders of three rings or engargolado; following the order established by the numerals and using separators that clearly distinguish what corresponds to each section. This will allow that during the reception and evaluation of your procedure no time is lost in the ordering of the file.

 

3.- The quality of the documents in the electronic must be legible and in true color (scanning of originals), at 200 ppp minimum, JPG or PDF format. Presentation on CD or USB.

 

4.- All information that is considered confidential for the company must be presented with a stamp that indicates "confidential information".

 

5.- In case of any faults or omissions in the requirements or in the information, the Secretariat will prevent the applicant in writing and only once to correct them in the terms of article 247 paragraph 1 of the Urban and Middle Development Code Environment, suspending the term that remains to conclude the procedure, in case you do not present this information will be discarded the process. In no case may the entire process exceed the term of 3 months, counted from the moment it is entered before the Secretariat, and provided that all the required information is delivered. If, at the end of the maximum response period, the authority has not responded, it will be understood that the request was resolved in a negative sense.

 

6.- Payments made independently of the result of the evaluation processes or of the positive or negative sense of the records of entry to the databases will not be subject to refund or accreditation, nor in the case of withdrawal or cancellation of the procedures by part of the interested party

 

7.- To deliver the resolution you must comply with the legal formalities required:

 

In case the person appearing is the legal representative of the company:

- Copy of valid official identification (IFE or INE, passport or driver's license);

In case the person appearing is another person:

- Simple, recent and original power of attorney signed by the legal representative of the company, 2 witnesses and from whom it appears;

- Copy of valid official identification (IFE or INE, passport or driver's license) of the legal representative of the company;

- Copy of valid official identification (IFE or INE, passport or driver's license) of the one who appears;

- Copy of valid official identification (IFE or INE, passport or driver's license) of the 2 witnesses; Y

- For both cases, if the legal representative is different from the one found in the archives of this secretariat, it is necessary to attach a copy of the public deed that contains the minutes of the meeting where the change of legal representative is recorded.

- Present original payment receipt or electronic invoice for the tax rights that apply according to the type of resolution.
