|1.- Present in a Single Window of the Undersecretary of the Environment the free written application for the Environmental Impact study signed by the Legal Representative of the company or promoter, which must mention the type of study presented, the name and the physical location of the project and telephone, and deliver it in a three-hole plastic folder.
2.- You are required to expressly indicate any means of electronic communication (mail) for the purpose of making your notifications in accordance with Article 49 section II of the Administrative Procedure Law of the State of Tamaulipas.
3.- Present the printed Format corresponding to the type of Environmental Impact Study to be evaluated in Spanish, including the technical, legal annexes, cartographies and definitive plans authorized by the competent authority, at appropriate, legible scales and bounded in meters. The study must be signed by the Legal Representative of the company and by the person responsible for the preparation of the project.

5.- Present original and copy of the pass of payment and ticket for fiscal rights for the entrance and evaluation of the Study of Environmental Impact duly liquidated. (Request it from the Secretariat of Urban Development and the Environment, by e-mail: firstname.lastname@example.org.
6.- Authorization of Land Use (License and / or feasibility) in original and copy for comparison.
7.- Legal instrument that proves the ownership of the property, which must be duly notarized, in case the property is owned by the company that will perform this management, must submit a document (lease agreement, assignment of rights, loan agreement) duly certified before a Notary Public, in such a way that the consent of the owner is guaranteed, so that the property requested is granted on the property, likewise said document must contain a clause detailing location, area and activity which is intended to be carried, said document must be presented in original and copy to be acknowledged receipt. Or if appropriate, be duly certified before a Notary Public.

|1.- All legal documentation must be presented in original and copy for comparison in the one-stop shop, and the documents issued by the promoter must contain a signature of whoever intends to present them as their own, for the respective procedure.

8.- Payments made independently of the result of the evaluation processes or of the positive or negative sense of the records of entry to the databases will not be subject to refund or accreditation, nor in the case of withdrawal or cancellation of the procedures by part of the interested party
9.- The Secretariat will conduct verification visits to corroborate the information presented.
10.- Payment of tax rights for the environmental impact resolution or electronic invoice that contains the CFDI (Digital Tax Receipt for Internet). If, at the end of the maximum response period, the authority has not responded, it will be understood that the request was resolved in a negative sense.
