1. Present in a Single Window of the Undersecretary of the Environment the free document requesting the procedure on behalf of the Secretary of Urban Development and the Environment (with the signature of the Legal Representative), in which the printed registration card and the corresponding reports are attached. for each type and level of audit to be accredited.

2.- All legal documentation must be presented in original and copy for comparison in the one-stop shop, and the documents issued by the promoter must contain a signature of whoever intends to present them as their own, for the respective procedure. Presenting the information in folders of three rings or engargolado; following the order established by the numerals and using separators that clearly distinguish what corresponds to each section. This will allow that during the reception and evaluation of your procedure no time is lost in the ordering of the file.

3.- You are required to expressly indicate any means of electronic communication (mail) for the purpose of making your notifications in accordance with Article 49 section II of the Administrative Procedure Law of the State of Tamaulipas.

4.- Present official identification with photograph issued by a valid governmental authority (passport, visa, ine, driver's license).

REQUIRED DOCUMENTS:

First Environmental Audit (Bronze Level): You must present a registration certificate, a manifest of no administrative procedure, application for entry and initial performance report; include in original and copy for collation, or, certified copy in original of the following: Constitutive Act of the company, Accreditation of the Legal Representative and / or Promoter, Accreditation of the Service Provider and / or Technical Manager, signed by both parties, accompanied by two witnesses, with autograph signatures, Identification of the Legal Representative and Identification of the Service Provider and / or Technical Manager.

Second Environmental Audit (Silver Level): You must present a registration certificate, a manifest of no administrative origin, a request for renewal for a second audit, an environmental performance report "A"; include in original and copy for collation, or, certified copy in original of the following: Constitutive Act of the company, Accreditation of the Legal Representative and / or Promoter, Accreditation of the Service Provider and / or Technical Manager, signed by both parties, accompanied by two witnesses, with autograph signatures, Identification of the Legal Representative and Identification of the Service Provider and / or Technical Manager.

Third Environmental Audit (Gold Level): You must present a registration certificate, a manifest of no administrative procedure, a request for renewal for a third audit, an environmental performance report "B", a comprehensive environmental management system manual; include in original and copy for collation, or, certified copy in original of the following: Constitutive Act of the company, Accreditation of the Legal Representative and / or Promoter, Accreditation of the Service Provider and / or Technical Manager, signed by both parties, accompanied by two witnesses, with autograph signatures, Identification of the Legal Representative and Identification of the Service Provider and / or Technical Manager.

First Endorsement of the Third Environmental Audit (Platinum Level): You must present a registration certificate, a statement of no administrative procedure, a request for the first audit of the third audit, a comparative report of environmental performance "AB" and a report "A" on the status of the integral system of environmental administration; include in original and copy for collation, or, certified copy in original of the following: Constitutive Act of the company, Accreditation of the Legal Representative and / or Promoter, Accreditation of the Service Provider and / or Technical Manager, signed by both parties, accompanied by two witnesses, with autograph signatures, Identification of the Legal Representative and Identification of the Service Provider and / or Technical Manager.

Second Endorsement of the Third Environmental Audit (Diamond Level): You must present a registration certificate, a manifest of no administrative procedure, a request for a second endorsement of a third audit, a report on the performance of environmental performance "C" and a report "B" on the status of the integral system of environmental administration; include in original and copy for collation, or, certified copy in original of the following: Constitutive Act of the company, Accreditation of the Legal Representative and / or Promoter, Accreditation of the Service Provider and / or Technical Manager, signed by both parties, accompanied by two witnesses, with autograph signatures, Identification of the Legal Representative and Identification of the Service Provider and / or Technical Manager.

FOR THE DELIVERY OF THE AUDIT RELEASE RESOLUTION. You must comply with the legal formalities required by the Legal Subdirectorate of this Secretariat:

- - Present official identification with photograph issued by a valid governmental authority (passport, visa, ine, driver's license).

In case the person appearing is the legal representative of the company:

- Copy of valid official identification (IFE or INE, passport or driver's license);

- In case the person appearing is another person:

- Simple, recent and original power of attorney signed by the legal representative of the company, 2 witnesses and from whom it appears;

- Copy of valid official identification (IFE or INE, passport or driver's license) of the legal representative of the company;

- Copy of valid official identification (IFE or INE, passport or driver's license) of the one who appears;

- Copy of valid official identification (IFE or INE, passport or driver's license) of the 2 witnesses; Y

- For both cases, if the legal representative is different from the one found in the archives of this secretariat, it is necessary to attach a copy of the public deed that contains the minutes of the meeting where the change of legal representative is recorded.

Resolution Criteria:

The Undersecretariat will prevent the applicant, if there are faults or omissions in the requirements or in the information, which can be corrected in the granted terms, in case it does not present this information the procedure will be rejected.
