Construction, modernization of Tenochtitlán Avenue and construction of Linear Park
With these works will benefit more than 7 thousand inhabitants of the sector, as well as those who daily use this crossing.
Cd. Victoria, Tamps. The Government of the State of Tamaulipas through the Ministry of Public Works continues with the construction and modernization works of Tenochtitlán Avenue (First Stage) and the Construction of the Linear Park, located in the Colonia Azteca of Cd. Victoria.
This First Stage of Paving Tenochtitlán Avenue will benefit more than 7 thousand inhabitants who will be able to move faster and more effectively reducing the traffic flow in other points of this sector, which had problems mainly during peak hours; It covers almost a kilometer comprising the Praxedis Balboa Boulevard to the Storm Drain of Via Milky Way, with a total of 18,890 m2 of hydraulic pavement, the work includes banquettes with colored stamping and acrylic seal, concrete fittings, a retaining wall of 160 linear meters of 137 meters in length and 4 meters of height, green areas, luminaires; as well as 4 traffic lights that will be located at the junction with Boulevard Praxedis Balboa.
For its part, the Linear Park, will be located in the central median between 16 Avenue in September and the Storm Drain of Via Milky Way, consists of 2 Arches shadow tunnel, 31 metal benches, 1 exercisers area with 10 apparatuses, 11 trash baskets, 10 parks bicycles, 11 bollards and 617 meters of Trotapista, as well as 2,400 m2 gardening which will help improve the urban image of the area, in addition to becoming a recreational space for victorenses families.
With this type of Works the Government of the State, endorses its commitment to the Society, to continue building recreational spaces and roads, which not only increase the surplus value of the area, but also encourage family coexistence and integration, which are essential values for our society.
