Educative credit


It is a personal loan, which the Government of the State of Tamaulipas grants to young people with desires and capacity for study, who do not have sufficient economic resources to carry out their studies at the Upper and Upper Middle levels.

The credit does not cover the total of the educational expenses. It constitutes an economic support, to complement the tuition payment, inscriptions and other expenses related to the studies.

The loan is contracted for each school term either semester or semester, as appropriate and begins to pay 6 months after having completed the studies agreed in the contract.

Once the educational loan is authorized, a contract is signed and I will pay for the accredited and guarantor, where the amount of the financing, the interest rate and the term to be paid are established.

The student is expected to correspond to the trust:

  1. With academic results.
  2. Covering the debit.

Allowing that with your payment, other students also benefit with a credit.

Steps to obtain a credit

  1. Online registration at: sistemasiceet.tamaulipas.gob.mx/aspirantes . Remember to have your CURP, your parents, your endorsement and your references at hand.
  2. Fill the application online (any problem with filling out the application please send an email to itabec@tamaulipas.gob.mx including the description of the problem and your CURP)
  3. Print the request when completing the online filling
  4. Attach required documentation, indicated on the first page of the call.

Online registration for RENOVATION: From the 03 to the 30 of June of 2019.

Online registration and receipt of documentation for NEW ENTRY: From 01 from July to 02 from August of 2019.

Requirements

  • Be Tamaulipas or have three years of residence in the State (submit supporting documents).
  • That your family reside in Tamaulipas.
  • Be an academically regular student (not having NA and / or NP subjects).
  • Complete a minimum academic load of 4 subjects (for undergraduate level).
  • Fill out the application online at: http://www.tamaulipas.gob.mx/itabec/
  • Deliver the documentation in the offices of the ITABEC or in the corresponding Regional Educational Development Center (printed request, duly completed and signed by the interested party and their endorsements in original, enclosing the documentation required by the ITABEC)
  • If you study in a public or private institution outside the State or abroad, you must have a minimum average of 8.0.
  • If you study abroad, the academic documentation must be translated into Spanish.
  • For undergraduate level, have 2 endorsements (one pledge and another solidarity), who must not have current or expired debt with the ITABEC, of ​​which at least one must be external to the family of the accredited.
  • For baccalaureate level, have 1 endorsement (lien), who should not have current or expired debt with the ITABEC.
  • Count 2 references, each with different addresses and located in Tamaulipas.
  • Be Mexican
  • Age younger than 64 years.
  • Have at least 3 years residing in the State.
  • Submit proof of address with two months old to prove your residence in the State (2 receipts).
  • Present a real estate property in Tamaulipas (current property updated and without a debit) that is owned by the guarantor and prove that it is a legitimate owner of the property and in which it currently lives, said property must cover at least the value of the credit with its interests.
  • We do not accept co-ownership, only in the case of the parents of the student and prove it with a marriage certificate by an updated conjugal partnership (3 minimum months).
  • Attach a copy of the CURP.
  • Attach a legible copy of the current and extended official identification to 150%.
  • Check documentary economic solvency with a minimum of 3 months at the time of making the request (payment receipts, income vouchers or bank statements).
  • Not be the endorsement of another accredited, parent of another accredited or accredited ITABEC at the same time.
  • Credit history issued by the updated credit bureau.
  • Be Mexican
  • Age younger than 64 years.
  • Have at least 3 years residing in the State.
  • Submit proof of address with two months old to prove your residence in the State
  • Attach a copy of the CURP.
  • Attach a legible copy of the current and extended official identification to 150%.
  • Present receipts of income (payment receipts, proof of income or bank statements) of the last 3 months.
  • Not be the endorsement of another accredited, parent of another accredited or accredited ITABEC at the same time.
  • Copy of the proof of current family address (receipt of water, electricity or landline telephone, no greater than 2 months old).
  • Copy of the birth certificate updated and readable.
  • Original certificate of registration of the period to be studied, duly stamped by the educational institution, where the academic data, load of subjects, name of the career and period are specified.
  • Final grades obtained in the immediately previous period duly sealed by the educational institution.
  • Copy of the CURP.
  • Copy of valid official identification (INE before IFE or passport, in case of not having it because it is a minor identification issued by the educational institution).
  • Curriculum of the career to be studied.

* For Private Universities, proof must be presented issued by the educational institution with signature and official seal, indicating the number of subjects to be studied, as well as the total cost of said period.

* Students to study first semester, must attach academic record and / or certificate.

* For underage students, the parent or guardian will be accredited and a person other than the nuclear family will be the guarantor and the student will sign as a beneficiary of the Educational Loan (applies for new credits).

After the student has already had the first Educational Credit contract, it is necessary to renew or suspend their Credit at the beginning of each semester, until the date of termination of their studies, if the student does not renew or does not suspend, they must begin to pay their Credit. with an early expiration date.

To process the renewal, the online form must be completed in the established period, according to each Call.

For the signing of the RENOVATION contract the student must present:

  • Original certificate of registration of the semester to be taken, duly stamped by the institution, where the data is specified

  • Final grades obtained in the immediately previous period duly sealed by the educational institution.
  • Current copy of student's home receipt and endorsements.
  • Copy of official identification of the student (INE before IFE or passport, in case of not having it due to being a minor)

  • Current copy of the official identification of the guarantees.
  • Updated property of guarantee, current and without debt (only for Renovation).
