CP María de Lourdes Arteaga Reyna
He is a Public Accountant graduated from the Technological Institute and Higher Education of Monterrey.
He holds a Master's Degree in Administration with a specialization in Financial Resources from Valle del Bravo University.
It has three graduates, the first by Nacional Financiera in Evaluation of investment projects, and the second by the University of Monterrey in the Leadership Program of higher education institutions (DIES) and finally the Diploma in Teaching, by Valle University of Bravo.
It has also taken more than 50 workshops, courses and seminars to update, with issues of tax reform and miscellaneous provisions of tax laws.
In the professional field, she was coordinator of the Faculty of Commerce and Administration, Comptroller General, General Secretary and Vice-Rector of the Reynosa Campus of the Valle de Bravo University.
She was Director of Fiscal Planning of the Mexican Consultative Consortium (CCM), (2008 to 2016).
In the teaching field, I work as a professor in matters of budgeting and financial analysis at the Valle de Bravo University
She was a free-time teacher at the UAT (Academic Unit Reynosa-Aztlán) as head of accounting and costs in the Faculty of Industrial Engineering.
Master of the Master's program in administration, in the subjects of finance specialty at Tec Milenio University, Reynosa Campus.
In the public administration she was Director of Accounting and Budgetary Control in the municipality of Reynosa from 2005 to 2007 and later Subsecretary of Expenditures of the Ministry of Finance of the Government of the State of Tamaulipas, from October 2016 to June of the 2017.
