Lic. René de Jesús Medellín Blanco
He has a degree in Economics, graduated from the Instituto Tecnológico y de Estudios Superiores de Monterrey.
He studied Master in Finance and Business Economics at the University of Essex in England, UK.
He also has a Master's degree in Economics, Law and Public Policy from the Complutense University of Madrid, Spain.
As well as a Master's Degree in Public Management at the Monterrey Institute of Technology and Higher Studies; and Master's in Administration and Public Policies at the IEXE University.
In the current Government of the State of Tamaulipas, he has served within the Secretariat of Administration in the position of Technical Secretary. In the Ministry of Finance as Director of Tax Planning and Control, Director of Payments and Undersecretary of Expenditures.
In addition, he served as Deputy General Director of Administration and Finance at AGROASEMEX SA from 2013 to 2017.
From 2008 to 2013 he was Head of Delegation Administrative Services at IMSS Tamaulipas.
In the educational field, he worked as Professor of the Chair in Economics at ITESM from 2004 to 2008.
