Tamaulipas launches emerging economic reactivation program

  • Fifty million pesos to grant loans from 25 to 120 thousand pesos per company

The Government of Tamaulipas, in coordination with the Productive Development Unit and the Rural Sector Capitalization and Investment Fund, launched the "UDP - FOCIR - TAM Emerging Economic Reactivation Program", which consists of financing formal companies with less than 10 employees affiliated with the IMSS, in economic activities with the potential to contribute to equitable economic reactivation.

The program has a ceiling of $ 50 million pesos to offer credits from $ 25 thousand to $ 120 thousand pesos per company, with an annual interest rate of 10% with a 2% discount for punctual payment, a payment term of up to 36 months and a 3-month grace period for principal and interest payments.

This credit may be requested by entrepreneurs and businessmen in the areas: retail trade, lodging services, food and beverage preparation and manufacturing industry, in order to invest it in working capital.

To request it, those interested should fill out the online application, which can be found at www.inversiontamaulipas.gob.mx/udp-focir-tam/, where they will also find the rest of the general requirements that they must have and send in format PDF to the email re.focir.tam@gmail.com.

Once the documents have been sent, a feasibility analysis will be carried out which, if favorable, will be notified to the applicant and will be presented to the State Evaluation Committee for their knowledge, evaluation and approval. Once approved, the financing for the delivery of the resource is legalized.
