Staff of the Bicentennial Tower conducts evacuation drill
Ciudad Victoria, Tamaulipas.- In the framework of the National Day of Civil Protection, staff of the Government of the State of Tamaulipas that works in the Bicentennial Tower in the state capital, conducted a mock evacuation of the property, headed by the Secretary of Administration, Miguel Ángel Villarreal Ongay.
In this way, Tamaulipas joined these exercises that were carried out throughout the country, established by the National Civil Protection System, which emerged after the 19 September 1985 earthquake that shook Mexico City.
According to the State Coordinator of Civil Protection, Pedro Granados Ramírez, a total of 2 thousand 155 people participated in the evacuation simulation of the Bicentennial Tower in an estimated time of 15 minutes.
Also institutions such as the Red Cross, Amber Cross, Civil Protection, Federal Police, State Police, Municipal Transit, Investigative Police, among others security and assistance body.
