State Governor and Mayor of Victoria oversee paving works in the capital.

The Government of Tamaulipas, in coordination with the Government of Victoria, makes an investment of over 75 million pesos to build and rehabilitate the main avenues of the city.

Ciudad Victoria, Tamaulipas.- On a working tour in the capital of Tamaulipas, Governor Francisco García Cabeza de Vaca supervised the paving works that the State Government, in coordination with the Government of Victoria, carries out in the main avenues and sectors of the city, in order to strengthen its urban image and promote vehicular mobility.

"We must take into account that it is a package of works exceeding 75 million pesos in different avenues of our capital city, with the purpose of improving the urban image of the city," reported García Cabeza de Vaca.

Accompanied by Mayor María del Pilar Gómez Leal and Federal Deputy Mario Ramos Tamez, García Cabeza de Vaca He supervised the re-inspection work on Avenida Alberto Carrera Torres, one of Victoria's main arteries, which links the city from east to west.

In Colonia Las Flores, another of the busiest and most populated sectors of the city, he verified the paving works with hydraulic concrete of various roads, fulfilling a demand of decades by the inhabitants of the place.

Finally, he crossed the Avenida de la Unidad, to the south of the city, where re-inspection work is also carried out. This road connects dozens of neighborhoods and subdivisions, facilitates access to the Victoria Campus of the Autonomous University of Tamaulipas and connects with the highway exits to the municipalities of El Mante and Soto La Marina.
