Government of Tamaulipas and UAT expand and improve the educational infrastructure of the Maximum House of Studies.

Ciudad Victoria, Tamaulipas.- The Governor Francisco García Cabeza de Vaca and the Rector of the Autonomous University of Tamaulipas, José Andrés Suárez Fernández, inaugurated educational infrastructure to strengthen and expand the study programs offered at the Victoria Campus of the Maximum House of Studies in the state.

They delivered a new oral trial room at the facilities of the Faculty of Law and Social Sciences, which required an investment of $ 8.6 million pesos, allowing more than 1 students to carry out academic practices for the simulation of the Penal System Accusatory and Oral.

This new area joins the existing one in the Academic Unit of Legal and Social Sciences at the UAT Tampico-Madero University Center, where students, professors, litigants and legal scholars carry out workshops on simulation of oral proceedings.

At the Faculty of Social Work and Sciences for Human Development, Governor García Cabeza de Vaca and Rector Suárez Fernández inaugurated 3 laboratories for the Bachelor's Degree in Nutrition, specialized in the elaboration of new products with high nutritional content based on foods from the central region of Tamaulipas.

The 3 classrooms and their equipment required an investment of more than 7 million pesos, for the benefit of more than 2 students of this Faculty.

They accompanied the Governor and Rector of the UAT, the Director of the Faculty of Law and Social Sciences of the Victoria Campus, Armando Villanueva Méndez; the Secretary General of the UAT, Eduardo Arvizu Sánchez; the Secretary of Finance of the UAT, Guillermo Mendoza Cavazos; the Secretary of Administration of the UAT, Víctor Hugo Guerra García.
